Jake Fehily is a 19-year-old soul songwriter. As an actor, Jake is a familiar face on ABC3, starring in two seasons of the Logie nominated skit show, You’re Skitting Me and appearing on Prank Patrol. After appearing in numerous short films, Jake made his film debut as part of Tim Winton’s feature film, The Turning. After traveling and performing throughout 2015, Jake returned to Melbourne, performing headline shows at premier Melbourne venues including The Worker’s Club and Open Studio. Jake has featured in the top #5 of the Triple J Unearthed charts and acclaimed Australian music blogs for his original songs, unique in style due to his experience as a jazz pianist, learning under Steve Sedergreen. In 2016, Jake made his festival debut performing all original songs at the largest free music-festival, The St Kilda Festival along with the 2016 Summer Live N Local Festival. Along with appearances at festivals across Australia later this year, Jake was hand-picked to be an independent artist showcased in the RAW event, TREND. With a residency at popular St Kilda spot, Day of the Dead and gigs at local venues all around, Jake has cemented himself as a local artist to watch.
