Grey Horizon
Forming in 2014, Grey Horizon are a 4-piece original band, from Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula. Female fronted with their bluesy grooves, melodic vocals and energetic live shows quickly attracted an enthusiastic following. GH have played various music festivals, Frankston Waterfront Festival, Mordialloc Food and wine Festival, Warrawee Festival and Surrey Hills Festival are just a few to mention. GH have also received the Haydon Godney Award as one of the best up-and-coming bands on the Peninsula.
The forecast is very fine indeed for Peninsula four-piece Grey Horizon. Keirra Ashleigh Fronts Grey Horizon, with her unique beautiful tones, she cites Eva Cassidy, Brandi Carlile, Katie Noonan and Matt Corby as her major influences. Guitarist Mars brings melodic bluesy grooves, with his acoustic rock style. Alex brings progressive bass lines to beat and Drummer Ewan who keeps the bands pulse grooving. Grey Horizon released their debut EP in 2017. Currently working on their second EP, they intend to have it completed 2021 ready for release. Grey Horizon energetic live shows aim to grab the listeners attention and hit them 'right in the feels'
