Combining the raw edge of punk with the driving force of rock, Emilee South shouts unapologetically over chaotic guitar riffs and driving rhythms to themes of capitalism, feminism, privilege, and the power of community. With influences ranging from IDLES to Sharon Van Etten, the band transition seamlessly from exciting hooks to unyielding power.

South has performed at LuliePalooza, Bigsound, St Kilda Fest and BMF; and recently supported Phil Jamieson on a huge East Coast tour. She has also supported Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, The Teskey Brothers and Mo’Ju.
