Olivia Meg

Olivia Meg is an Arrernte woman and singer-songwriter. Her music portrays life experiences through sombre, raw lyrics, and performed through a beautifully pensive tone which encapsulates listeners. Taking influence from Australian artists such as Julia Jacklin and Matt Corby, Olivia gives intense, heart-wrenching performances that are not to be missed.

Starting out as a busker in the streets of Adelaide, Olivia travelled to Melbourne and quickly established her presence in the Melbourne live scene backed by her 4-piece band. After completing a double degree at Collarts and receiving mentoring from established artists such as Alex Gow, Ainslie Wills and Hailey Cramer, Olivia was set for a year of performing, writing and recording, however, as the global pandemic struck these plans were put on hold and Olivia instead has spent the past two years refining her sound.
